Quality Assurance & Custom Order Policy

At AGD Wrapper, we are committed to delivering products that meet our agreed quality standards and specifications. If a product arrives with a verified quality issue that affects its usability or intended purpose, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return, or other mutually agreed compensation.

Because custom-made products are produced specifically according to the customer's approved specifications, custom orders are generally non-returnable. However, if a verified manufacturing or quality issue occurs, we will work directly with the customer to arrange a fair solution, which may include replacement, re-production, or appropriate compensation.

Our goal is to provide reliable quality, transparent communication, and professional support throughout every order.

Flexible Shipping Options — Sea or Air Freight

Choose the shipping method that best fits your budget and delivery timeline. We offer both sea freight and air freightoptions to provide flexibility for different order requirements.

Sea freight is the more economical option and offers several estimated transit-time choices, including approximately 15, 20, 25, or 40 days. When there is no urgent delivery deadline, the 40-day option is generally the most cost-effective, helping reduce transportation expenses while providing reliable delivery.

For time-sensitive orders, air freight offers faster transit but comes at a significantly higher cost. We can help you select the most suitable shipping option based on your required delivery timeframe and budget.

Depending on the shipping arrangement, delivery can be made directly to your specified address, providing a convenient end-to-end solution.
